Leaders Must Face Issues
In working with and training leaders for over three decades, I have witnessed many individuals with the tendency to run away from dense situations, rather than to face them head on. It seems that many of these human beings like the “glory” when everything is running smoothly and there are no issues, however tend to try to avoid issues when they become ore of a challenge. It sometimes seem like these human beings really believe that a challenge will go away on its own, while the reality generally is that challenges are not confronted, they often since nearly insurmountable “problems.”
