I won't speak about anything that is not backed by my personal experience... no promoting products that I haven't used... ever. After all I am the Pathfinder... remember? A abundance has been made of what makes a fantastic leader. Is it their forward thinking? Is it their ability to build rapport? What I have found is that our thoughts on leadership have become misrepresented over the at the end twenty or so years by thoughts and concepts of human beings that desire to be leaders however are not. If you capture a gaze encircling at the leadership pool in today’s corporate setting, you will see that we are in the minor leagues of leaders, I will much go as far as saying in the rookie league.
