I won't speak about anything that is not backed by my personal experience... no promoting products that I haven't used... ever. After all I am the Pathfinder... remember? I will always walk before you, so that you know that the path you are shown is reliable and will take you where you intend to go.

Leaders – Is Your Probation Policy Costing Too Much?

What does probation mean to you? It’s a common practice to reserve a period of age for a leader to evaluate fresh employees and choose if they are a excellent fit for the team. It’s an evaluation age for the employer and should also be an adjustment period for the fresh employee. I recently came across an organization that uses this probationary period in a very different path that is completely dysfunctional and amazingly self-defeating.
