We all have the fair to choose any reaction we desire when dealing with a tough situation. I suggest giving your highly charged emotions some path to vent. Writing about them, exercising, or whatever your preferred method is for blowing off steam. Then go forward, one step at a age, into a fresh frame of intellect.
