Leaders Dare To Be Great
In leadership, as in most aspects of lifetime, one must dare if he wishes to achieve greatness. While followers can hide behind their fears, procrastinate and refuse to capture a stand, effective leaders do not have that luxury. Far also many individuals ascend to leadership and are elected simply by avoiding “ruffling feathers,” and when they are questioned to lead, rarely capture a leading stand, often “straddling the fence.” There is no place for “fence straddlers” when it comes to effective leadership.
